The song I listened to was "Scourge of Iron". and my first thought was that it sounded weird. the voice was weird, the guitar was weird. It was kinda funny, tbh, just how weird it was. The comments were also really funny too. Like "Such a positive message. Nothing better than torturing villains." as for the song, definitely not something i'd be going back to. 5.5/10 very repetitive and forgettable. 8/10 for the cover,tho. it was pretty cool, but that's really the only thing I liked, and I actually like rock, but not this kind. I'm more of an alt-rock guy. My favorite rock song is seven nation army

i had a similar reaction when i first listened to death metal back at the time. The best of cannibal corpse is their "Hammer Smashed Face" song. Cannibal corpse is the generic death metal stereotype, we have plenty of death metal bands that sounds different than them
